Award:$5,000-$25,000 Eligibility: Applicant is a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") who is at least 16 years of age and no older than 24 years of age; If an applicant is a minor in his/her/their state of residence they must receive parental consent from his/her/their parent/legal guardian to apply. Applicant must be on-track to apply for or enrolled in an accredited post-high school/post-secondary educational program.
The ASVAB is not like other tests. It measures strengths and potential for training. There are two versions, one is paper and pencil, and the other is computer adaptive. You don't "pass" or "fail" the ASVAB. The results represent your potential for training in various areas.
Most colleges require your acceptance before you can apply for scholarships. Many merit scholarship application deadlines are in December of your Senior year. You can still apply after that but may not be considered for scholarships.

The parent of the applicant must be employed full time at an Alabama Bankers Association member bank. The applicant must have a cumulative 2.75 GPA or higher.
