doors of Polaris – we continually strive to offer educational opportunities to our team
members such as after-work classes in Excel, Project Management, Leadership Skills
and other developmental trainings. In addition, Polaris offers tuition reimbursement of up
to $5,250 a year for those pursuing degrees. We partner with the state of Alabama’s AIDT
program to provide entry level weld training and skill-set assessments.
