To be eligible for this scholarship you must 

• Be a 2019 graduating high school senior 
• Have a parent, grandparent or great grandparent, etc. (other such direct parental lineage) who was a graduate from West Jefferson High School 
• THE STUDENT OR A FAMILY MEMBER MUST ATTEND THE BANQUET IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE AWARD
