APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
1. The primary criteria used to select students include: scholarship application, personal recommendations,
cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (official transcript), leadership in school and community service activities, and
other responsibilities will be considered. An eligible candidate must be a high school male senior who intends to
pursue an undergraduate degree full-time at an accredited college or university.
2. The essay question response must be typewritten and double-spaced on white 8 ½ x 11 inch paper. Be certain to
include your full name at the top of each page.
3. Attach additional pages to application only as necessary. Make certain that responses and page numbers are
clearly notated.
4. The two enclosed personal reference forms should be completed by your high school principal, guidance
counselor or other professional(s) who are knowledgeable about your: (A) Academic Record (B) Potential for a
Successful College Level Academic Immersion. The completed reference forms must be submitted with your
application.
5. The DEADLINE for complete applications is due in our office by Monday, April 27, 2020.
